This is the final session of our "Fundamentals of Hospitality Management" series, developed in partnership with Granite State College. Attendees will:

• Understand how to motivate staff
• Avoid the problems that come with supervising your friends
• Learn to pro-actively manage conflict situations
• Build confidence in navigating difficult conversations

Granite State College and the NHLRA have observed the growing need for educational opportunities for today’s hospitality employees to further their skills and knowledge. Together, we created the “Fundamentals of Hospitality Management” certificate. To receive a Certificate of Participation and one Continuing Education credit, all three sessions must be attended. Sessions will be March 8 (Fundamentals of Management and Leadership), March 22 (Effective Communication), and April 5 (Confidently Handle Conflict) from 9am-3pm at Granite State College in Concord, NH. The cost to attend is $299 for all three sessions. Please note, refunds and make-up dates not available for classes missed.
